How can I turn off daytime running lights on my Audi A1?

I just purchased an Audi A1 and the daytime running lights are on all the time. How can I disable them? I don't want to drain my battery unnecessarily.

To turn off your daytime running lights on your Audi A1, go to the Settings menu on your driver display and select Vehicle > Lighting > Daytime running lights. From there, you can toggle them off.
