How do I check the oil level in an Audi A3?

I recently bought an Audi A3 and I am not sure how to check the oil level. Can anyone guide me through the process?

To check the oil level in an Audi A3, park the car on a level surface and wait at least 10 minutes after turning off the engine. Open the hood and locate the dipstick, which is usually labeled with a yellow handle. Pull out the dipstick, wipe it clean, and then re-insert it all the way. Pull it back out and check the oil level, which should be between the low and high marks. If the level is below the low mark, you will need to add more oil.
