Is the Audi A6 suitable for off-road adventures?

I'm planning a road trip and wondering if the Audi A6 can handle rough terrain. I've heard mixed opinions about its capabilities. Can anyone share personal experiences or give technical advice?

The Audi A6 is primarily designed for on-road driving, but its all-wheel drive system can handle light off-roading conditions. It's not recommended for extreme off-roading, as it lacks features like a low-range transfer case and protective underbody. But if you're planning on staying on well-maintained roads and trails, the A6 should do just fine.

I've taken my Audi A6 on camping trips and it's been great. It's definitely not a dedicated off-road vehicle, but with some careful driving and proper tires, it can handle dirt roads and light off-roading just fine. Just be mindful of the ground clearance and avoid steep inclines and obstacles.
