How can I reset the Audi A8 navigation system?

I accidentally changed the language setting in my Audi A8 navigation system and now I can't navigate the menu to change it back. How can I reset the navigation system to its default settings?

To reset the navigation system, press and hold the MENU button on the MMI controller for about 10 seconds. This will bring up a confirmation prompt on the screen. Press YES to reset the system.
