How can I reset the MMI system on my Audi A5?

I'm having issues with my MMI system not responding. Is there a way to reset it or troubleshoot the problem?

One thing you can try is resetting the MMI system by holding down the setup and center button on the control knob for 10 seconds. If that doesn't work, it may be a hardware issue and you should bring it to a certified Audi technician for further diagnosis.
