How do I reset the Audi A5 navigation system?

I'm having trouble with my Audi A5 navigation system. It seems to be frozen and won't respond to any commands. Can anyone tell me how to reset it?

Hi Mia, sorry to hear you're having trouble with your navigation system. First, try pressing and holding down the Nav button on your MMI control panel for 10 seconds. This should reset the system.

Hello Mia, if that doesn't work, try disconnecting the car battery for a few minutes and then reconnect it. This will also reset the system.
