How do I reset the MMI (Multi Media Interface) system in my Audi A6?

I am having trouble with the MMI system in my Audi A6. It seems to be frozen and I can't get it to respond to any of my commands. Is there a way to reset the system?

Hi John, have you tried restarting the MMI system by holding down the MENU, central knob and top right soft key buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds? This should reset the system and hopefully resolve any issues you are experiencing.
