I recently purchased a pre-owned Audi A8 and while the navigation system was working fine initially, it has suddenly stopped working. The maps are not loading and it keeps giving me an error message. How can I reset the navigation system?

Hey Stacy, you can also try resetting the navigation system by pressing and holding the 'NAV' button on the multimedia console. This will bring up a menu, select 'Reset System' and then follow the prompts.
