To reset the oil indicator on an Audi A6, start by turning on the ignition without starting the engine. Then press the 'CAR' button on the dashboard until you see the menu for 'Service Interval'. Use the arrows to navigate to 'RESET' and press and hold 'OK' to confirm. Your oil indicator should now be reset.

I had the same issue with my Audi A6 and I was able to reset the oil indicator by using the MMI system. Go to 'CAR' menu, then 'CAR Systems', then 'Service Interval', and finally select 'Reset Service Interval' and click 'OK'. This should reset your oil indicator.
