I just purchased an Audi A8 and I can't figure out how to reset the trip odometer. The manual isn't clear on the steps and I don't want to accidentally reset my entire odometer. Can someone help?
ReplyTo reset the trip odometer in your Audi A8, press the reset button located on the instrument cluster. It may be labeled as '0.0' or have a picture of a car and arrow. Hold the button for a few seconds until the trip odometer resets to 0. I would also recommend checking your manual for more detailed instructions.
In order to reset your trip odometer, you will need to press and hold the reset button on the instrument cluster until it resets to 0. If you have any trouble finding the button, refer to your manual for a diagram. It's important to make sure you are on the trip odometer screen before resetting, so you don't accidentally reset your entire odometer.
