How often should the brake pads be replaced on an Audi A8?

I have a 2017 Audi A8 and I'm wondering how often I should replace the brake pads. I've heard conflicting advice, some say every 20,000 miles and others say every 50,000 miles. What is the recommended interval for changing brake pads on an Audi A8?

It's recommended to replace your brake pads every 20,000 miles or every 2 years, whichever comes first. This is to ensure optimal braking performance and to prevent damage to other components.

I personally have been able to get 50,000 miles out of my brake pads before needing to replace them. It all depends on your driving habits and the conditions you drive in. Inspect your brake pads regularly and replace them when they start to show significant wear.
