How to fix a malfunctioning navigation system in an Audi A4?

My navigation system in my Audi A4 is not functioning properly. It keeps giving me the wrong directions and sometimes doesn't even turn on. Can anyone help me fix this issue?

Hi Emily, I had a similar issue with my Audi A4 navigation system. I found that resetting the system by disconnecting the car battery for a few minutes solved the problem. Hopefully, this works for you too.
