How to reset the Audi A5 MMI system?

My AVR is not working anymore. I tried resetting the MMI system but it didn't work. Can anyone guide me through the steps?

Hi Hannah, have you tried pressing the reset button located on the MMI system itself? It's usually a small button with a circular arrow symbol on it. If that doesn't work, you may need to disconnect the battery for a few minutes and then reconnect it to reset the system.
