How to reset the MMI infotainment system in my Audi A4?

I recently noticed that my MMI infotainment system in my Audi A4 is not responding. How can I reset it to get it working again?

Hi Janice, to reset the MMI infotainment system in your Audi A4, simply press and hold the control knob, phone, and top-right soft key simultaneously for 10 seconds. This should reboot the system and hopefully solve your issue.
