I'm having trouble with my MMI screen on my Audi A4. It's frozen and not responding to touch or button inputs. How can I reset it?
ReplyYou can reset the MMI screen by holding down the power button for 10 seconds. After that, it should reboot and start working again.
Try pressing the soft reset button located behind the passenger side trim panel. Hold it for 10 seconds and the MMI screen should reset.
Disconnect the battery for a few minutes and then reconnect it. That should reset the MMI screen and fix any issues.
