How to Reset the MMI System on an Audi A8?

My Audi A8's MMI system is not responding and I cannot access any of the features. How can I reset it and get it working again?

Have you tried pressing down on the control knob and the top right function key at the same time for 10 seconds? This will perform a hard reset on the MMI system and should fix any issues.
