How to troubleshoot the MMI interface in an Audi A8?

I'm having trouble with the MMI interface in my Audi A8. It keeps freezing and I can't access any of the features. How can I fix this issue?

Have you tried resetting the MMI? Hold down the MENU and CAR buttons for 10 seconds to do a hard reset. This usually solves any issues with the interface. If it doesn't work, you may need to bring your car to a certified Audi technician for further inspection.
