How to update the MMI system in an Audi A8?

My MMI system in my Audi A8 seems to be outdated and I want to update it to the latest version. How can I do this?

Updating the MMI system requires navigation to the 'Setup MMI' menu and then selecting the 'Software version information' option. Once there, a pop-up should appear to update the system.
