Why does my Audi A8 have a hard time starting in cold weather?

I have noticed that my Audi A8 struggles to start in cold weather, even with a full battery and fuel tank. What could be causing this issue and how can I fix it?

During colder temperatures, the oil in your engine becomes thicker and can make it more difficult for the engine to turn over. Consider using a lower viscosity oil in the winter or investing in a heated oil pan.

Another common issue in cold weather is a weak or failing battery. Have your battery checked and replaced if necessary. Keeping your battery charged and using a battery blanket can also help with starting in the cold.
