I recently purchased a 2020 Audi A6 and I noticed that whenever I turn left, there is a strange grinding noise coming from the front left wheel. Any idea what could be causing this and how to fix it?

Have you checked the level of your power steering fluid? It could be low and causing the noise. If so, simply topping off the fluid should solve the issue.
