Why is my Audi 80 making a loud grinding noise?

I recently noticed that my Audi 80 is making a loud grinding noise when I accelerate. It seems to be coming from the front of the car. Any idea what could be causing this and how I can fix it?

It is likely that your brake pads are worn down and need to be replaced. This can cause a loud grinding noise when the metal backing of the pads rubs against the rotors. I suggest taking your Audi to a trusted mechanic to have the brakes checked and replaced if necessary.

You may also want to check the condition of your wheel bearings. Worn or damaged wheel bearings can also create a loud grinding noise. If this is the case, they will need to be replaced. It is important to address this issue as soon as possible to prevent further damage to your car.
