Why is my Audi A1 making a knocking noise?

I recently noticed that my Audi A1 has been making a knocking noise while driving. It seems to be coming from the front end of the car. What could be causing this and how can I fix it?

It's possible that you have a loose or worn out suspension component, such as a control arm or sway bar link. I would recommend taking your car to a mechanic to have it inspected and replaced if necessary.

You may also want to check your tires and make sure they are properly inflated and not worn out. This can sometimes cause a knocking noise while driving.

If you recently hit a pothole or curb, it's possible that your wheel bearing could be damaged. This can also cause a knocking noise. Have a mechanic inspect it and replace if needed.
