Why is my Audi A4 overheating?

A

The most common cause of an overheating Audi A4 is a malfunctioning cooling system. Have you checked the coolant levels and the condition of your radiator? Also, make sure to get regular maintenance and flush your radiator periodically to prevent build up.

Another potential issue could be a faulty thermostat. This can cause the engine to run hotter than usual. Have a mechanic check and replace the thermostat if needed.

Make sure to also check your engine oil levels and quality. Low oil levels can lead to overheating as it reduces the lubrication and cooling abilities of the engine. Get an oil change if necessary.
