Why is my Audi e-Tron's regenerative braking not working?

I recently purchased an Audi e-Tron and I noticed that the regenerative braking feature doesn't seem to be working properly. When I take my foot off the accelerator, the car doesn't slow down as much as I expected. Is there something wrong with my car or is this normal?
