Are there carbon ceramic brakes available for the Audi R8?

I am considering buying an Audi R8 and was wondering if the car comes with the option for carbon ceramic brakes. If not, is there a way to upgrade to them?

Unfortunately, the prior generation of the Audi R8 does not offer carbon ceramic brakes as an option. However, the current generation (from 2016 onwards) does have this feature available. If you are set on having carbon ceramics, I would recommend going for a newer R8.
