Audi Q5 - Why is my car making a strange noise when I turn left?

I've noticed a strange grinding noise when I turn left in my Audi Q5. It seems to be coming from the front left wheel area. What could be causing this and how can I fix it?

This could be caused by a worn out CV joint. I would recommend getting it looked at by a mechanic as soon as possible. If left unfixed, it could cause further damage to your vehicle.
