ReplyTo adjust the idle speed of your Audi 80, locate the idle air control valve (IACV) and use a screwdriver to turn the idle adjustment screw in small increments until you reach the desired idle speed. Be sure to wait a few seconds between each adjustment for the changes to take effect.
If you are experiencing a high idle speed in your Audi 80, try cleaning the IACV with a throttle body cleaner. Sometimes, dirt and carbon build-up can cause the valve to malfunction, resulting in a high idle speed.
