How can I change the battery in my Audi A2?

I have recently noticed that my Audi A2's battery is not performing as well as it used to. I want to change it myself, but I am not sure where to start. Can someone walk me through the process?

First, locate the battery in your Audi A2. It is usually located in the engine compartment, near the front of the car. Make sure to wear protective gloves and glasses while handling the battery as it contains corrosive materials.

Next, use a wrench to remove the negative (-) cable from the battery. This should always be the first cable you remove. Then, remove the positive (+) cable. Make sure to keep the cables away from the battery terminals to prevent any accidents.

Remove the battery hold-down clamp and carefully lift out the old battery. Clean any corrosion or dirt on the battery tray and terminals before installing the new battery.
