How Can I Disable the Start-Stop Function in My Audi A8?

I find the car automatically restarting the engine when I come to a stop very annoying. Is there a way to permanently deactivate this feature?

In order to disable the start-stop function, you'll need to access the car's hidden menu. Press the Car button on the MMI system and then go to Settings, Central Locking, and Drive Authorization - Any Action. From there, scroll down to Start Stop System and change the setting from Automatic to Manual.
