How can I remove a stuck oil filter on my Audi 80?

I've tried to remove the oil filter on my Audi 80, but it seems to be stuck. I've already tried using a strap wrench, but it won't budge. What should I do?

It's possible that the oil filter may have been over tightened during the previous oil change, causing it to become stuck. In this case, you can try using a pair of oil filter pliers or a rubber strap tool to provide more leverage and grip while trying to unscrew it. If that doesn't work, you may need to use a specialized oil filter removal tool.
