How can I reset the MMI (Multi-Media Interface) in my Audi A6?

My MMI in my Audi A6 seems to be unresponsive and I am unable to use any of the features. I've tried turning it off and on again, but that didn't help. What should I do?

The first thing you should try is a MMI reset. To do this, press and hold down the central control knob and the top right control knob for 10 seconds. This should reset the system and hopefully resolve your issue.
