How can I reset the MMI system in Audi A7?

I have been having issues with the MMI system in my Audi A7. It seems to be frozen and I can't access any audio or navigation options. How can I reset the system?

One possible solution is to try a soft reset. You can do this by pressing and holding the power button for about 10 seconds until the MMI system shuts off. Then, wait a few minutes and turn it back on.
