How can I reset the oil life monitor on my Audi A5?

I have recently changed the oil in my Audi A5 and now the oil life monitor is showing 100%. How can I reset this to accurately reflect the oil change?

To reset the oil life monitor on your Audi A5, insert the key into the ignition and turn it to the first position (do not start the engine).
