How can I reset the service light on my Audi A1?

I noticed that my service light has turned on in my Audi A1. How can I reset it without going to a mechanic?

To reset the service light, press and hold the small button on the instrument cluster until the display shows “Oil Change”. Release the button and turn the knob to display “Reset oil change”. Press and hold the small button once again until it resets to 10,000 miles.

To reset the service light, first turn the ignition on but do not start the engine. Use the steering wheel controls to select the Service Interval option and hold down the reset button. Your service light should then reset to 10,000 miles.
