Check that your phone's Bluetooth is turned on and in discoverable mode. Then try restarting your phone and the Audi's infotainment system. If that doesn't work, try resetting the vehicle's Bluetooth connection by removing and re-pairing your phone.

Make sure that your phone's software is up to date and compatible with your Audi's system. You may also want to try forgetting the Bluetooth device on your phone and then reconnecting it. Sometimes this can resolve any compatibility issues.

If the above steps don't work, it could be a hardware issue with either your phone or the Audi's system. Try connecting a different device to the car's Bluetooth to see if it works. If not, you may need to visit a dealership to have the system checked.
