How do I activate the Matrix headlights in the Audi A8?

I recently purchased an Audi A8 and I'm trying to figure out how to activate the Matrix headlights. Can someone walk me through the steps?

To activate the Matrix headlights in your Audi A8, first turn on your headlights. Next, turn on the high beam function by pushing the turn signal stalk away from you. You should see the Matrix function activate in the display panel.
