How do I activate the remote start feature on my Audi A6?

I recently purchased a new Audi A6 and I wanted to know how to activate the remote start feature. I've read the manual but I'm still having trouble figuring it out. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated.

To activate the remote start feature on your Audi A6, first make sure your vehicle is in park and all doors are closed. Then press and hold the lock button on your key fob for 3 seconds until the lights flash. Next, press and hold the remote start button for 3 seconds until the engine starts.
