How do I adjust the seats in my Audi A3?

I just purchased an Audi A3 but I'm having trouble adjusting the seats. Can anyone provide instructions on how to adjust the seats for optimal comfort and safety?

First, locate the seat adjustment controls on the side of the seat. These controls typically include a lever or buttons.
