How do I change the bulbs on my Audi 80 indicator lights?

I am having trouble accessing the back of the indicator lights on my Audi 80. The manual does not provide much guidance. Can anyone provide step-by-step instructions on how to change the bulbs on the indicator lights?

To change the bulbs on the indicator lights, you will need a Phillips head screwdriver and some patience. First, remove the clear plastic cover by gently prying it off from the bottom.
