How do I change the language settings in my Audi A3?

I recently bought a used Audi A3 and the language for the infotainment system is set to German. I'm having trouble changing it to English. Is there a specific process for changing the language settings?

First, press the Settings button on the control panel. Then, using the control knob, scroll down to the Language tab. You can select English from the list of available languages.
