How do I change the navigation display language in an Audi A7?

I recently purchased an Audi A7 and the navigation display is in a different language. I can't seem to figure out how to change it to English. Can anyone provide advice?

First, go to the Navigation menu and click on 'Setup'. Then, select 'Language' and choose 'English' from the options.
