I recently purchased an Audi A3 and noticed it has the option for automatic parking. However, I can't figure out how to turn it on. Can anybody guide me through the process?
ReplyTo enable automatic parking in your Audi A3, you first need to activate the Parking Assist feature from the central display screen. Then, while driving at low speed, you can press the Parking Assist button on your center console to start the system. Follow the prompts on the screen and let the car do the rest! It's helpful to practice a few times in an empty parking lot before using it in a real setting.
If you don't have the Parking Assist feature in your Audi A3, you can still use the parking aid feature by pressing and holding the park assist button on your center console. This will activate the feature and guide you through the parking process. However, it's important to note that this is not as advanced as the Parking Assist feature and you will still have to control the steering wheel and brake.
To enable automatic parking in your Audi A3, you will need to make sure the car has the necessary sensors and cameras installed. If your car is equipped with the required equipment, you can enable the feature by going to the CAR menu on your display screen, selecting SETUP, then selecting PARKING SYSTEM and finally selecting AUTOMATIC PARKING. From there, you can switch on the feature and adjust the settings to your preferences.
