How do I enable Bluetooth in my Audi A4?

My Audi A4 does not seem to have Bluetooth capability. How can I enable it?

To enable Bluetooth in your Audi A4, go to the Settings menu and select 'Bluetooth'. From there, turn on the Bluetooth option.
