I recently purchased an Audi A8 and noticed it has the Traffic Jam Assist feature. I'm having trouble figuring out how to enable it, could someone please provide some guidance?
ReplyTo enable Traffic Jam Assist in your Audi A8, first make sure your lane assist and adaptive cruise control are activated. Then, simply press the Traffic Jam Assist button on your center console. It should be the button with a steering wheel and a car icon.
To activate Traffic Jam Assist, you must be driving between 0-37mph. Once you are in this speed range, hold the steering wheel briefly to activate the system. This will be indicated by a steering wheel icon on your instrument cluster.
If you are having trouble activating Traffic Jam Assist, make sure your Audi A8 has the latest software updates installed. You can check for updates through the Audi MMI system or consult your Audi dealer.
