I noticed that my MMI screen on my Audi A4 has stopped working. It is completely black and I am unable to access any features or controls. Has anyone else experienced this issue and found a solution?
ReplyFirstly, make sure to check your car's fuse box to see if any fuses related to the MMI system have blown out. If so, replace them and see if that solves the issue. If not, it is recommended to take your car to a certified Audi mechanic for further diagnosis and repair.
Sometimes, a simple reset of the MMI system can fix the issue. To do this, press and hold the MENU button, the rotary knob, and the top right control button at the same time until the system reboots. If this doesn't work, try disconnecting and reconnecting the car's battery.
