How do I reset my MMI system in my Audi A6?

I'm having trouble with my MMI system in my Audi A6. It seems to be frozen and unresponsive. What steps should I take to reset it?

Performing a hard reset on your MMI system should fix any unresponsiveness or freezes. To do this, press and hold the power/volume knob and the top right button simultaneously for about 10 seconds. Your MMI system should then restart.

Another option is to disconnect the car battery for a few minutes and then reconnect it. This will also reset the system and should fix any issues.
