How do I reset the infotainment system on my Audi Q5?

I recently bought a used Audi Q5 and I'm having trouble connecting my phone to the infotainment system. Is there a way to reset it?

To reset the infotainment system on your Audi Q5, press and hold the control knob, volume button, and navigation button all at the same time for approximately 10 seconds. This will reset the system and should solve any connectivity issues.
