How do I reset the MMI in an Audi Q7?

I accidentally changed the MMI settings in my Audi Q7 and now I can't get it back to the default. How can I reset the MMI to its factory settings?

To reset the MMI, press and hold down the setup button, the return button, and the control knob at the same time. Keep them pressed for about 10 seconds until the Audi symbol appears on the screen. Release the buttons and the MMI should reset to its factory settings.
