To reset the MMI, press and hold the MENU and CAR buttons simultaneously for approximately 15 seconds. This will reboot the system and reset all settings.

Another way to reset the MMI is to remove the fuse for the MMI system, wait a few seconds, and then reinsert it. This will also reset the system.
