I have been experiencing issues with my MMI Navigation system on my Audi A6, and I am not sure how to reset it. I would really appreciate any guidance on how to do this properly.
ReplyTo reset your MMI Navigation system on your Audi A6, press and hold down the MENU button and the top-right function button simultaneously for at least 10 seconds. Release the buttons when the MMI system restarts and the Audi logo appears on the screen.
I had the same issue with my Audi A6 and I contacted customer support. They recommended resetting the system by removing the fuse for the MMI system for a few minutes and then putting it back in. This worked for me, so you can give it a try too.
In case resetting the MMI system does not work, you can try to do a factory reset of the system by going to Settings > System > Factory Reset. Keep in mind, this will erase all personal settings and data on the system.
